Hi team, I seem to be in quite the predicament. I created an account and had been leveling characters on my account since launch. For the holidays, I had to go to my grandparents house to visit. It seems as if my account has been banned, but i have literally done nothing besides try to play on my account in a different state where my grandparents live. This is extremely frusterating, and i dont want to have to start all over again. Please a response of any kind would be helpful, thank you!
