Can we just get Oak banned? at least from the forums? He cries about how his greed outweighs peoples need on every forum about ninjas. Now he' saying all greens should be needed too because "His need to sell it for gold vs your need to equip". He at least had some what of a understandable point when he was defending beermage with "its epic, everyone should need" although I do not agree with it, I could see how he justified it. But now everything is fair game for his greed. Fuck this guy.

I don't understand why you would want to play 2h fury. Fury (to my knowledge at least) is all bout getting 2 solid 1h weapons and getting lots of attacks out to proc your bonuses. MS is easy for leveling because of the sheer amount of dmg you can get per swing and also the ability to pvp and stop healers from having an easy job (lots of world pvp happens past 40) but if you don't care about pvp I would say fury with 2 - 1h is better.

So I remember back in the good ol days there was a mod that allowed casters/healers to see sp stats and regen stats, and also it would show you what crit and hit % u had. Anyone remember the name of it and if it is still available online somewhere? Most the sites I used to use for addons don't work anymore so any help would be appreciated.

I prefer Luna for healing in vanilla. TBC and beyond healbot was too good to pass up, but the vanilla heal bot was faulty to say the least. Once you DL luna into your Addons folder, in game type /luna menu and go to "clickcast" and configure. It works like healbot in the sense that you can bind buttons and clicks to heals.

As a mage you should be frost if you want to do anything pvp wise really and not have a huge learning curve. As frost have max rank of your ice Barrier and use frost shield. If you get stunned by a melee, they will get a slow effect on them from hitting you (frost shield) and then you can blink to safety. Once you do try to keep them at kiting range. if you get a good enough jump away to get a fbolt off do it. Any time they get just outside of melee range u want to frost nova. Once frozen unload on them. Lather, rinse, repeat. warriors are the easiest for a mage by far, but a good warrior will still be able to kill you if you don't play smart. Learn what range they need to be able to intercept you (that is their combat charge ability). I used to know the range but I just memorized about how far away visually it is so I am not 100%. Also learn to use your counter spell on vital abilities to that class when battling casters. I typically used it on locks when they want to fear (although locks will probably wreck you on average) to try to get a fighting chance. Also, if u didn't already know.... You can blink out of stuns. HUGE in pvp.

Yea, I agree this is beyond dick move. It should be left to who gets the tag, not if you are battling a mage for the tag who then can decide to stop you from killing said mob for as long as he wants just because lulz. I have read this server banned a player for tossing a player off the boat with MC, and that was grieving... but sheeping a mob to guarantee the player cant kill it isn't??????????????????????? MC off a boat is fun and PvP at its finest. Its easy to avoid so its not game breaking. Sheeping same factions mobs because you didn't get the tag is bullshit. Plain and simple. I have stood up for this server many times, and have liked playing here... but if this is how the gms think, I might just toss the 5 days played away and go elsewhere.
