I am sure I am retarded, and I never played rogue back in vanilla so I am probably just misinformed by later expansions experience... but I don't remember sap bringing you out of stealth. I remember tons of times getting sapped in a tower in AV and not seeing the rogue immediately after. Is it a later rank of sap that keeps you in stealth or am I just retarded as I already suspect?

One per hour? Do you even play on this server? I get around 15-20 in the first hour I am online. I do not agree with .wr off, but this was an asinine statement to say the least.

The fact they left you any gold could be used as proof it didn't happen - even if it did. Most the time they sell all gear and take all gold. Best of luck to you.

1st - It is your fault. It is simple. Be accountable for your actions. 2nd - You said yourself that you have been hacked many times in retail, that makes you sound even smarter because it only takes one hack for most people to make a secure enough password to prevent it happening again. This tells me that you more then likely share your information, or you use the same passwords for everything which is something every site will tell you not to do. 3rd - The majority of the people claiming "false ban" on gold buying have been proven to be trying to get their account back once they got caught so your leaving the server just means that one less person who is too weak willed to farm is gone. When I cant go 10 minutes in the game without having 15 spams to either join a channel or whispers to buy gold it shows how big the market is on this server, and I truly hope the ban hammer comes down on each person helping to keep that market around. I blame the buyer more than the seller because of course someone will provide a service if someone else will pay for it.

I'd be interested to hear any input on this also. I stand around 150ms which is ok....but will be an issue once I start to pvp with my rogue.

So many people don't understand why Hotfixes are a thing I guess. So to put it as simply as possible... when the staff go to fix a bug or improve on things, they have to change the code. Making a change in the code can cause conflicts with other codes already written that were not even touched. This is why they have patches and hotfixes. When a patch happens, expect some "undesirable" behavior from the game. There are issues, but the staff here (albeit very small) seem dedicated to getting the issues fixed.

So I might be a little ill informed, but if they made a guild to promote gold selling, what made him think that they wouldn't spam the crap out of him in guild chat? It is what it is, you live and learn. Had a guildie on retail that was with us for 2 years and was always reliable that robbed our gbank blind (not provoked). Sadly, who we are isn't known until it is too late. Don't lose trust in everyone in the community over this, just realize that if someone gets banned.... they probably are not innocent.

I still don't understand why we don't ban VPN's here. It is well known that this is where the majority of the issues are stemming from. The only ones who are opposed to it are people that cant play if they have to do it the legit way. I have met hackers on other servers that hacked code and did so without fear of getting banned because even if they banned their IP, they just used a VPN and bypassed it. I understand that game hacking (not account) isn't a major issue here with the anti cheat software, but its still the principal. There is no reason anyone should have to use a VPN.

The only appeal vanilla had over any other expansion was the fact that if you saw someone in full epics, you knew they spent time getting them. If you saw someone in T3 - You offered to blow them to allow you to learn from them. Vanilla was amazing because nothing was given, it was all earned. Um, it is to a degree theft... intellectual theft. How it effects us snowflake, is called economy. I understand you are not properly educated so I will explain for you. All players contribute to the economy by their efforts in game. This is mostly from farming items. Chinese gold farmers who you send your money to, camp the highest gold per hour areas to maximize their incomes thus making it over populated for most standard players (who like you do not have 18+ hours a day to farm) to be able to get said drops off their own efforts. This also has backlash because they now control the market. Let's also talk the annoyance of being invited to a channel every 30 minutes that is named www.g4wow or what the hell ever it is called that every gold farmer damn near spams. Or the constant whispers of them. I once had 10 invites within 30 seconds of each other. That clogs up chat logs for no reason at all, just because entitled little kids who don't want to do the work themselves. Also, what gives you the right to be rich in the game if you didn't do anything to earn it? Please go back to retail since you enjoy paying for your experience anyway or go to Kronos where you can pay to win as you so obviously need.

I have seen a mod post in a ban appeal that you should not use your account name, but email is just insane. All they need is the server and the Character name.... you seriously just gave hackers a HUGE jump start to hacking your account by providing not only your Account name, but also your email used. You might want to edit this.

There was a post recently that I cant find (too lazy to dig that deep) where someone was banned for using MC on the boats to toss people off it. I never did see a GM reply on why It wasn't allowed so I cant say for sure that this really was the reason he was banned, only that he reported it in ban appeals.

So I am very unfamiliar with leveling alliance (by unfamiliar I mean I have NEVER leveled one in my life and have played since 2 months after the game launched), and a friend of mine convinced me to play alliance. I am on the PvE server and currently 27.5. I have done Duskwood, Redridge and Wetlands with the exception of maybe 4 quests between all of them and cannot find more quests. I am using questie! so I have gone to all quest hubs in those zones. I went to Hillsbrad and was able to get through the murloc quest (31+ mobs) but after it had nothing left. I have done Stockades and Deadmines as well as SFK. I am completely confused on how I ran out of quests as I don't remember this ever being an issue horde side in Vanilla. Any one have advice?
