I have exactly the same problem. A week ago 15.12 thursday I made an account to Elysium with hotmail email before I knew about the issues. I got the verification also right away. Then I verified the email and made the transfer process. All went really smoothly. I saw all my characters in the control panel. Then the server launch day came and I tried to log in and got the same error "invalid credentials" and im 100% sure that I wrote the account name and password right. Well I also tried the password reset but haven't got any emails anymore. Im so happy with this problem . I even made a new account with Gmail but now the token generator is effed up.
