So I made a new account on the website using a hotmail email address, the verification link had been sent to me and I managed to verify it, my character is also seen in the guild list but I cannot log into the account, it keeps saying invalid credentials and I tried to reset the password but nothing is now getting sent to the hotmail address that I created the account with. Please help.

Still no response, no one is trying to help us out. Great..

Yeah, I remember all of the details for my account but I cannot log into it, because it keeps saying invalid credentials.

I have tried to log into the control panel many times but it has not worked, keeps giving the invalid credentials message.
