Hello so i made a new account on your website(i copyed down the password on a notepad next to me) using hotmail on sunday(before i knew it has issues) i got the activation email right away and activated the account. I could access the control panel.
I then used my nost token to get my level 60 on the account which went through fine.
The next day i try and logon and im told the password is wrong hmm ok ill just reset the password. So i hit the reset password option on the website and here i am 5 days later with no email and still unable to access my account.
Yes i check my spam folder.
Can a admin please help me with what to do now?
