This exact same thing happened to me 30 mins ago. I was flying on Taxi and then got disconnected Reconnected and i fell down from the position i disconnected at was then able to run around for 5 or so seconds (on the flying mount but at normal running char speed) Then it appeared to re-establish a connection with the server at which point i darted back on course towards the Flight Path Taxi route At this point it disconnected me and gave me that same image.
