Ahhh this is the same GM who accused me of trolling and threatened me with a ban for trolling him when the server's spam filter kept muting people (including myself) over and over again for no reason. Wouldn't have expected much help from him :)

Having a reoccurring issue on my character where I continuously cannot send messages thru Whisper or Global chat. This happened about five times. Throughout the hour or so it was happening the only person I was whispering was the GM attempting to solve the issue who had contacted me via my in-game ticket.. After fixing it a few times (four separate tickets) he accused me of trolling and told me he would not remove my mute again. After I whispered my brother asking "stockades?" they stopped working once again. I don't have spam throttle addons or anything like that. Is anyone else having this issue? Found a solution?

Having this issue REPEATEDLY today and the GM's just keep telling me it's "something i'm saying" and won't tell me what it is. Not discussing anything unusual
