When / if you release the TBC server will we be able to race change? Alot of hard core pvpers take racials seriously for arena. Alot of these racials are changing. It would be a shame to have to start over fresh - if I wanted to do that I would play on any w/e tbc server. ( even retail had race changes).

The server already does custom stuff. On top of that it's going to end up almost all horde and it's important to make small low impact changes to help mitigate this.

You're not even reading what I have said or putting any thought into it. Half your responses are assumptions without paying attention. If people are going to reroll for better racials they are most likely going to switch to horde. If you have the option to keep your alliance char that you have progressed on AND switch to "better" racials ( due to the fact that they receive major changes) they are more likely to stay alliance. Even though this will not fix the guaranteed faction imbalance that EVERY TBC SERVER HAS it will help. This isn't about being "lazy" , like I already said it's the difference between playing on any rando tbc server or playing your nost char. I promise you hard core pvpers are not going to stay alliance if they are not even optimal when already at a disadvantage.

I know they have an adjusted item timeline here, I'm curious if they released these in 1.10 along with the Scholo libram.

I understand the whole "bop" fragments to make it actually a challenge so you don't have 99999 mounts or random bank alts sitting on it ect. The 10 hour window works because of the reason I just stated. One problem with this poll though , it's going to be skewed by the people that already completed it and have a group ready to go on reset. The people that already finished had up to hundreds ( ally and horde working together) so why would they vote that "everyone" can get it?

Hey, is there an addon that will display the default Cd timers on my action bars for macros? ( I just want the default hour glass timer on action bar when I make a macro)

Does this display when a spell is on cd? ( The hourglass on your action bars )

What's the current best way to display cooldown indicators / tooltips when making a luna mouse over? Right now I only have example : /lunamo Blessing of Protection - and rank if needed.

"Jessicarnage " does weekly pugs for the guild " The Chosen " .He forms these groups and leads them. I had been talking to him about joining the guild and a few days prior he let me know he would be hosting an Mc / BWL . At the start of the raid he informed me choker was on reserve but I would be able to roll. When we all made it to mc he did a raid message saying what was on reserve and again whispered me ( on his own) saying I would be able to roll on choker. When we made it to rag the choker dropped, and I won the roll. ( Bnanaboat was a warrior troll rolling ). After I had won the roll Team speak fell silent , and after a few minutes passed " Jessicarnage " passed leader to a mage who looted the item to him self. I then stated " We can't do anything about what happened, but why risk your reputation like that". They responded with a bunch of verbal insults ect. They keep changing their story saying they never said anything about that ,or they changed it at the start of the run and "informed me" about it. Then their story changed to " Our warrior won the roll". and yet again changed to " Oh I said you could , but I didn't think it would drop." Long story short be careful when grouping with " The Chosen"'s weekly pugs led by "Jessicarnage". They will try to link all the "Good things " they did to hide the fact that they acted scummy. I love this addon , the only thing it's missing is some form of debuff timers. I think(?) that something generic like this would / could work really well. I don't know if this could interact with any name plate addon or if it would have to be made specific. I made a mock up picture to convey my idea. Could this work / is it even possible with the 1.12 api? Maybe an XYZ slider so people can place the dots where they feel fit on the nameplate.

Actually every time they posted the loot rules , he whsipered me at the same time saying " You are also able to roll on choker". At the start and DURING mc when we invited new people. If he's going to lie about that it's just going to be a "he said she said" and we will get no where. I could provide an infinite amount of screens shots and it's still going to get twisted with some made up story. He didn't apologize he admitted he scummed / took advantage.He even states he didn't think it was actually going to drop. You can spin this however you want but the dude is a ninja. If you "WERE NOT EVEN THERE" then why are you trying to make up stuff to make it look "good"?

I'm currently using bartender , but I have the hotkeys hidden. Default wow's damage range check would indicate if you're too far by turning the hotkey RED. Is there an addon or a way to make the actionbar slot of the spell turn a color to indicate range?
