Have been trying to send email to reset my password for 3 days now...and have no received it. says "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recovery" But will not send me email so i can reset password. Please help! Thank you!

Iv been trying to send email to reset password for 2 days now. It just started putting "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recover" You sent me instructions to reset password but how am i suppose to get email when it won't send?
