Hi, I understand it's Christmas. I understand that this private server is non-profit and ran by volunteers. I understand that there will be bumps in the road especially when relaunching the old nost realms. However, I do not understand why the Elysium staff are so quick to go back on their word. They had acknowledged that hundreds if not thousands of players were permanently banned due to the anti-cheat mistakenly thinking that they were multi-boxing by logging in too fast after dc, or speed hacking when dcing or logging in while on a flight path. Elysium staff had also said that due to the mass bans going out by mistake they would NOT be reviewing each case individually as that would take entirely too long and that they would do a mass unban to correct the problem. This clearly is not happening as there are folks who have been banned for over a week now without a single response to their threads on the Ban appeal forum, some of them being bumped 10-15+ times and still without a response. The only public response that we continue to get from GMs / elysium staff is "go create a ban appeal thread".... Can you please actually address this? And if not can you give us a reason why you said there would be a mass unbanning and there still hasn't been? I would think that the Help & Support forum would be one of the closely watched forums here but it definitely doesn't seem to be the case.
