Yes, you have to go through the Play Now button, it's separate from the forums. Use a gmail account for the validation or you'll wait until the second coming for the link to get to you.

I have a 1.12 client already, I've changed the realm list to set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org when I put in my credentials it doesn't let me connect. The side panel looks like it's trying to connect to a Bliz server too. #Edit I reinstalled the client and updated the list and it works now, if a mod could close, delete, set ablaze I'm in and I can play.
