It's your opinion, and your entitled to it. However, IMO you are either operating within the law or not as the convo in this thread has turned to. It's a little late for moralizing While a great deal of opinion and not much fact has been rolled here, I did provide an example of an entity whom for a year and a half, has been conducting operations this way. Indicating, that this is nothing new and that a level of tolerance seems in place.

In the original idea mentioned, if they have the algorithms then anyone who ever had any of the vanity items would have them here. I don't believe Blizz ever put anything out in the series that would give an unfair advantage ie. weps, armor, mats,etc. It would be a good return on development time if they chose to set it up. I saw another server giving out vanity items for good donations. Don't see any harm in letting someone donate and getting a D.I.S.C.O ball lol. :)

I had a couple of items from the TCG I would love to have on this server. I would be willing to donate a nice sum to be able to get my Ethereal Trader and Owned! flag items. Could be a cash cow for you seeing as how there are items of permanent use and those with charges on them. Do you have the algorithms as part of the source by chance? If not, do you have access to the loot items to spawn? PM me if you would like to talk about that donation for those items. Thanks!

Unfortunately this does not work either. Full of LUA errors and that's with NO other addons. There must be a working version out there somewhere...
