<Pacific>[NA / OC] is a hardcore Alliance guild aiming to be #1 in the late-night PST timeslot. Raids are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 9PM-12AM PST. Guild Philosophy Our primary goal is to establish a core of highly competitive players, whilst maintaining a strong and friendly team atmosphere. Raiding will be 2-3 days per week depending on progression, however we prefer players who will be active 5+ days per week and who will form a very tight community. We will be a team of highly skilled, vetted and friendly players and you will have to look no further than /g to find your groups. Raid Times Raiding will take place Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday from 9PM-12AM PST. This is 6PM-9PM NZST or 4PM-7PM AEST. Once early progression has finished we will drop back to raiding one day per week, TBD. Other events including premades, farming consumables, farming reputation etc. will take place on off-days. Loot System Loot will be allocated by a 5-person rotating loot council. This loot council will consist of two officers at random, and three raiding members at random. Loot will be prioritised in the following order: Main Tank, Off Tank, Backup Tanks Class Best-In-Slot Everything Else / Guild Progression Attendance and loot will be recorded using EPGP for reference by the loot council members, and to ensure that the system is being run fairly. Requirements Be active. We are looking for players who will be online 5-7 days per week and who will reach level 60 relatively quickly. Be friendly. Extreme use of profanity, insults targeted at other players, scamming of other players are examples of things that will not be tolerated. Be geared. You will be expected to farm your preraid BIS gear including crafted items and enchants. Be skilled. We are a competitive guild, this means you will need to research your class and be prepared to spam hotkeys. Be prepared. During progression you will be expected to be fully PvE specced and farm an exhaustive set of consumables for your class. Recruiting Whilst early recruiting has its uses, many recruits will fail to reach 60 in a reasonable timeframe, or fail to reach it at all, whilst many other potential players will not even know <Pacific> exists. We will be actively recruiting skilled players whilst leveling and farming preraid gear. Structure GM (Guild Master) - Here to organise, arbitrate and generally make sure that all members are happy. RL (Raid Leader) - A highly active (100% attendance) and experienced player who is calm and collected and will organise raids. CL (Class Leader) - An expert in their class. Responsible for training the rest of the class and resolving performance issues. RM (Raiding Member) - Aside from the officer ranks above, everyone will be a raiding member. The RL and CL ranks will be the officer ranks, if you think you have what it takes, please apply however there will be no "officers club" in the guild.
