Yes this is exactly what I'm assuming tbh, that they are having a problem with this atm because there are ALOT of people who had this happen. And this is exactly why I think they should help restoring stuff for now atleast until this has been issued. At the very least they should come out and say something about it officially so people are aware of what's going on (if this is indeed the case, still need confirmation from staff). Maybe make people change their passwords for example. After changing my own password I'm now getting subsecvent random instant dc's without any lag sometimes, this again is making me a little bit paranoid given the recent events. This could all be a coincidence ofc but I highly doubt that until its been clarified better by the staff.

Hello I just lost over 1000 gold randomly yesterday so naturally the first thing I did after it happened was to contact a GM asking for help. As I suspected the GM confirmed that it is indeed written in your terms of service that you do never under any circumstances restore any lost characters/gold/gear etc, even if you have all of the required information in order to do so. For me this was the case and the GM confirmed it, I'm only one out of many who have had this happen now. So I decided to investigate the issue a bit and created a thread about it in the Help&Support section to see if there were enough people to actually reply to the post. As it turns out there was and for the most part we haven't used the same login combinations anywhere else but on nostalrius/elysium. Neither have we shared account information to anyone EVER. So I do find this recent wave of "hacked" accounts very strange. Now the GM I spoke to said that this is all very unfortunate but they won't do anything to bring back the lost stuff even if they have ALL of the necessary information as to where the gold got sent off to. All that happens is that the player receiving it gets banned,so in doing this you have basically only fixed half the problem maybe even less because this will most likely keep happening. So I'm wondering, why can't you help the people and restore the stuff? If you have ALL of the information needed in order to do this with logs etc. It would make players for the lack of a better word feel safer and more inclined to play for sure. Not only that but it would create better trust in the elysium staff/team too. I know this was a very rare occurrence on the original Nostalrius server before the shutdown but when it did happen they handled it very well as always in their forums.This is only one of many reasons as to why the Nostalrius brand/team has always been so respected within the private server/vanilla community. So I must atleast ask you to keep respecting those core values you have been talking about and help some people out now that you know it's a common issue. Update: Do you guys have a registered account on any other private server with the same acc/pass combo or something similar? Speculations are getting thrown around that other account databases might've been leaked. Also spoke to a GM and he basiclally told me elysium wont help anyone get their stuff back at all as it is stated in the terms of use... Okay so as the title says when I logged in today on nost pvp server I noticed that all of my gold was gone. Yesterday when I logged out I had about 1080 gold in my bags, today when I logged in I was left with 2gold30silver. After a bit of research and talking to other players on the server/elysium discord it appears to be somewhat of a common issue. A friend of mine who I play with frequently on the server lost his gold a few days ago too. Now, in all of the cases I came across the Elysium team did not help and they claim that it is solely the players responsibility to handle their own account security. While I agree with this it would seem that with so many people having the same issue I think that there must be something wrong on the elysium side of things here. Something very shady is going on and I hope that people, including myself and my friend will get help with getting the gold back and resolving this issue asap. To anyone who is reading this and haven't experienced the issue I would advise you to go change your password right now just in case.
