This worked for me. But I dun goofd and I quit the game on ultra graphics and now it crashes whenever I log in. F*ck...

I have the exact same issue and then after experimenting with the realmlist.wtf to no avail I decided to just press ok on the recommendation instead of going to the realm selector. This was a bad idea in hindsight as now I can't even login at all, I just get disconnected straight away. In the corner of my login screen I'm connected to QA Test Realm 1.2. Are you on a mac by any chance OP? Because I am.
