Raid times: Tuesday and Thursday 7-11 central time. What we expect from you: Raid ready by week 4 after release(Read level cap, 80% BiS) Bring your own consumables, food, pots, and actively run multiple 5 man groups for BiS dungeon farming. Understand raid time=raid time. We are a hardcore PVE guild, with 8 hours of raid time a week to prove it. Log on and be INSIDE raid/event/discord 15 minutes prior to first pull at 7. What to expect from us: Passive aggressive leadership.(Read, we wont chew you out over discord by yelling at you and demeaning you as a human being; but if you wipe the raid with living bomb twice in a row, expect a time-out for the night.) Leaders are expected to keep their cool, and never demean another guild member in any way shape or form. This behavior is unacceptable. This goes for the Guild Leader, assistant GM, and Class Officers(TBA). How can you be a Hardcore guild master without yelling at your raid? Come find out. Have fun with the game. Have fun with Vanguard. Then raid non-stop twice a week and get the work done competitively. Recruiting members as Class Officers within the first 2 weeks of game time. Exceptional players will be rewarded with Guild rankings and Loot. IF YOU PUT THE WORK IN FOR YOUR BIS, YOU WILL GET LOOT. None of this "its a better upgrade" garbage. Yeah, its a better upgrade; because she farmed her BiS gear and you didn't. So guess who gets the loot? We do things different around here.
