Just a quick question what is the difference between Auctioneer and Shirsig's Aux ?

Hello all, I recently installed ShaguPlates and even if just love the theme, it seems the addon lacks in personalization. Indeed, the distance for the Unit plates to appear is very short. I would like to know if it is possible to increase the distance to show Unit plates. In addition, is there anyway to add an option (if not already implemented) to activate the nameplates only in combat ? Thanks for your inputs.
