Same issue as a lot of people. The token said it was successful, but none of my characters were actually transferred. I had a 44-48 troll shaman(can't remember exact level), and would really like to be able to play him:/. Help plx

They seem to be quiet on the issue. Hopefully they will release some info to all of us in this boat

I did. My account was completely void of characters.
