Nothing so far man. Ive had a ticket for like 3 days. However, my account did get unbanned once I changed my password..kinda weird.. But Im playing online now and account seems secure so far. So Im atleast relieved and happy. Still missing gold/items but thats fine.

You know youre directly supporting people that steal accounts and gold? How did you not know that this is a bannable offense? Clearly you dont care about "the classic feeling" of vanilla WoW if youre looking to buy gold. Good riddance

Getting really really pissed. Ive notified you guys multiple times now that Ive had gold missing (today I found out 90% of my bagged items are gone!). This is nothing new clearly since other people are having the same problem. Ive sent tickets and ive posted on the forums as well. What in the actual вау more do I need to do in order to get into contact with someone? Ive waited for 3-4 days now and I still have gotten no response, not even an acknowledgement. You guys seem to have no problem putting in effort and banning my account but I cant even get a a quick email? Or an actual reply to my in-game ticket(s). I hit 60 and the next day all my gold is gone..3 days later no response and suddenly banned..What kind of фекал is this? Also, Ive tried multiple times to change my password via website however it was either down or not loading properly. Only just about 2 hours ago have I gotten an email to change it. I didnt even know an email was being sent since the website didnt load properly. All I want is for my account to be secure and unbanned. At this point, I dont even give a фекал about the +80g taken from me (Though it most definitely SHOULD be reimbursed) Can some sort of representative of Elsyium please get into contact me.

Hello. Ive been playing Nostalrius a couple of months and just recently started playing back up again. Today I logged in and all of my gold was missing, probably around 50g. This isnt the first time either. This also happened just before Nostalrius closed down. I was around lvl 55. I just randomly log on and all my gold is missing, nothing else. I dont even think my character moved from when I previously logged out. How do i get my gold back? I just hit 60 yesterday and to come on and see all my gold gone really frustrates me and makes me not want to play.
