Vader

As the title says. When i click logon it says its successful so i know my details are correct. Then it says its disconnected just before it goes to the character select screen? Its happened a few times with my old account and now I have made a fresh account and its still not working. Im desperate to start playing. Can anyone please help? Ive done all the usual crap, restart router etc. I did have another account on this computer but I dont think that should be a problem Thanks =]

I havent even got that far to set my videos settings... No addons
