He'll no. I was able to create chars at noon Saturday and logged off for work at 12:10. That's the last time I've been able to log on elysium pvp. Why should you be able to transfer your level 20+ to a new server that thousands of people still haven't logged in at all and can't wait 6 hours for a queue?

I expect dodgy sub list to take a massive hit, and for good reason. Id assume, he's pretty much done after this.
