I'm not sure about this specifically, but I did note the zones are scaled way differently than the live game, and I'm pretty sure it was like this for Vanilla. Duskwood especially seems larger than I recall it; although Darkshire seems smaller than I remember it! So it could just be that we have forgotten what it looked like? Hopefully someone can answer your question directly.

I totally agree! I couldn't have said that better myself. I haven't even been back to retail since I got this. I was trying to explain to my husband what makes this so different. I'm in love with wow again! Lol

My character Fahris became 'stuck' taking the boat from Auberdine to Stormwind. In the menu screen it simply says "City" for her location, and when I log into her I see a grey screen with action bars. I can't hearth or even log out from there. I have to physically close the game and restart.
