    Cant Start Level 20 Rogue Quest

    Came to the server after dropping the level 20 rogue quest when i was real low on nost and now i cant pick the quest up on my 40 rogue now. Any way I can get this quest? I've tried talking to the guy who gives it but the option for the quest doesn't come up.
