great to see people creating appeal after me getting unbanned...

It's the holiday season and there are 700+ topics, good luck getting an answer. The gold seller spam isn't going away so this will most likely happen again where some system check flags you as gold buyer/seller.

A lot of people who are banned were not hacked at all, if you check help support forum you will see that everyone has the same issue and timing, banned on 28th morning, unbanned later in afternoon, then re-banned today.

Nothing like overkill to fix the gold selling right.

Nope, account not compromised, unique username, unique password...people need to stop making excuses for the staff banning wrong people.

Not really, I was banned Dec 28, un-banned later that day then re-banned last night. My account was not compromised, I didn't buy gold.

Weird thing is, I was banned on 28 Dec morning, un-banned in afternoon without a response on my ban appeal thread, then re-banned this morning. People just want to know what is going on, I don't trust a banned, un-banned yo-yo....

That's great but they have disabled the ban appeals sub section...

There are thousands of accounts, new server launching soon which will bring more players, constant ddos attacks, rival private server db leaks, people with non unique passwords etc. I think we can cut them some slack all things considered, especially as they don't have an army of workers to address all issues as is the case with Blizzard. Keep your expectations realistic.

I'm sure there is a problem with their login servers due to DDOS attacks, would explain why you only get banned notification when you try to log back in to game.

Exactly these timelines, maybe the protection against brute forcing Elysium speak of results in a temp ban?

This looks like a bug on Elysium side, I was banned 2 days ago overnight and was then shortly unbanned. Again this morning I'm banned at the same time as prior, not sure what's triggering this as my account has not been compromised. The ban appeals sub section has also been taken down.
