I have the same problem with my main, he is in my guild still, 9 months no login in, the Token generator and acct recovery say the character was xferred and the email used, but still no character in Elysium/Nost PvP. Also strange is that the Acct Recovery says "no characters with that name associated with the email" or something like, but it was the only character on that acct.

I got the Token from Nost, entered it on a new blank account, it said it was successful, but my character was not on the login character select screen. I see my Character in my guild, says 9 months last login, so it wasn't hacked. I think I used a different email than the one I used on Nost, because I dont like to repeat information so I dont get hacked. How can I get this account back? Can a GM login to it and verify if its linked to an account right now? Is it being reviewed since it has a different email?
