You might have posted on the wrong subforum, Elysium launched just a week ago, so no raids going on here yet. But anyway, no matter on which server you started, there will be plenty of raids going on once you reach 60. That's one thing you definitely do not have to worry about. With several thousand players online at all times, there are always guilds who still progress through "old" content or further advanced guilds who want to gear their alts.
