    Can't loot from Defias Messenger

    Hi! The issue is that i cant loot the item "A Mysterious Message" from Defias Messenger. I have killed 10 times about. Even in a party, all the members have been able to loot that item but i cant. I think that is not necessary any requeriments for loot that item, but now i am not sure. Any suggestions? Thanks
