It's been 4 days now and I still have not heard thing about it. the 28th I was banned, on the 29th I was able to play and then the 30th I was banned again and havent gotten to log on since.

Im not sure if me being banned(like a bunch of other folks seem to have been) has anything to do with it but I was not getting the same "account closed" message that I was getting on the 29th of december. Instead im getting a message saying that my info is wrong. I requested a new password and still it says the info is wrong. The username is correct and the password is correct. Could I get someone to look into it for me and also check in on my appeal? its been 4 days and I have still not heard anything. Edit: Turns out I put the realmlist in wrong. Still banned. All hope lost :/

Is there a DDOS attack currently happening? No mention of it on the website.

Looks like its been made private. but you can still start a new topic to make an appeal. Just scroll up to the top of the thread here and below the bar on the left youll see a "Help and support" section. It can be found there.

Seeing the reply one of the community managers left on Reddit has made me have a different look at this server. Just very uncaring.

If that is the case They really should send and Email, or notify us some how when this has happened. Getting banned with no explanation is rather upsetting.

Ok so im not the only one! This is my exact same situation. Was banned during the DDOS issues on the 27th, unbanned and played yesterday on the 28th, and now I'm banned again tonight on the 29th/30th.
