Simple really, first message that I get, I ignore. Then it often takes hours for another to show up.

The spam filter saves me getting spammed. I like it. I don't spam and don't try to sell gold. Never been muted as a result. Posting 5 of the same thing in general is just inconsiderate. 60 seconds to cool off is fine.

You need to transfer the account via the token system. Which the Nost side of isn't working right now, but when they fix it you will be good to go. The team here cannot help as they do not own or access the Nost DB.

Login to the control panel on the home page. Then click on Bug tracker and look around for the issue. If not there, then add it with 'Add issue' at the top right. Again, you have to be logged into the control panel first with your game account.

Looks like you have been muted, no idea what would have caused it, perhaps a GM took exception to something you said or maybe something you said was picked up as something a gold seller would say, or met the pattern at least. Shouldn't be permanent.

The bot you are talking about only mutes. The bot to ban would need more than just a single chat message. Look at all the threads about being muted for gold selling jokes and none of them are banned so there must be something more, something special about your account.

Check bug tracker, if it isn't there then add it. It might be intentional, hard to know. Vanilla WoW was over a decade ago and a lot changed.

A relative handful, sure. Most are people who didn't update their passwords when Nost DB was compromised. So a few hundred suffer while thousands benefit. For your account to be banned it was likely hacked and the server detected strange IP's from strange countries and hence it was banned.

This is not your standard WoW private server, there are 10's of thousands of players here and less than 50 staff member... much less. They have hundreds of ban appeals, thousands of tickets and more to go through. What you call 'pathetic', I call predictable, by math if not by logic. But I'm sure they desperately want your help (Given how sunny your disposition is) and so you should go here and sign up. Login to your control panel, then click on bug tracker and look at the top right for "Add Issue" but check the already listed bugs to be sure that it hasn't already been added.

Your account has clearly been muted. Shouldn't be permanent, if it lasts more than 24 hours submit a ticket in game.

They never refund for people who did not change passwords when instructed to do so. They cannot restore things from a database they don't even run. -
