This is the best suggestion so far in my opinion. Speaking for an average raiding guild here. So far we only managed to have 3 full progress raids in naxx and are 10/15, with the most exciting bosses still in front of us. We would like to see this feature for an extended period of time, as it makes the progression way more enjoyable than it was compared to AQ40, were World Buffs were enabled. I would also recommend to implement this for the first few weeks of progress for when AQ40 is being released on Elysium.

Currently especially looking for: 1x Prot warrior 1x Paladin 1x Holy Priest 1x Shadow Priest 1x Mage however, we consider applications of all classes

I don't understand why people want to go back to BWL patch when they farmed it for over a year while waiting for AQ...

The reason for that is that with the current content a melee heavy raid composition is very strong. Once AQ40 hit Warlocks will be on top of the meters right behind mages, since later raids favor range dps way more. Guilds will have to transition to a raidcomp with more range dps.
