Hello.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the banning of my account, but before christmas I tried to transfer my old account to Elysium. It didn't work probably because I found out I had a lvl 1 character. I then proceeded to delete it and tried the transfer again but then it told me that the token had been already used. Since I didn't have the time start messing in forums and there were already posts open on the same issue (https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/25257-imported-token-but-no-nostalrius-characters/) (which still seems to be unsolved btw!!!) I decided tried wait. Just in case I tried to make another account and use the token, but got the same message.
However, now when I got back from holidays (yesterday) I tried to login again to see if anything had changed but to my big surprise, the account was BANNED!
Banned? I don't understand why. I didn't get to even play (I literally just logged in to see how many people were playing but that was IT - I didn't even kill a single mob if I remember) and no, my account wasn't banned in Nostalrius either.
And if you mean that I should've changed my password, then no, I was at the holidays, I had no access to WoW (came back on 30, that is yesterday here), but the " Change Your Password! Frequent Hacks Occurring " news came out on 28th.
Help please, I don't understand why I've been banned and why no one has dealt with the people who aren't able to transfer. I'm really starting to lose hope in this project, nor do I think I'm the only one.

PVP/PVE Realm: I don't think I had any characters at that point (deleted the lvl 1 and the transfer didn't work)
E-Mail Associated With Account: *********@gmail.com (not wise to share e-mail info in public - I'll tell it to game masters or moderators in private if asked)
Highest Level Character Name: had none at that point (in Nostalrius however I had a lvl 31 human male paladin named G******h (ask for complete name)
Ban Reason/Notes: no notes, no nothing, no emails sent (not even in junk folder) - in short: i have no clue!
