Greetings! I managed to stay away from the hype of Nostalrius about a year ago, but when I stumbled upon this new fresh server I just have to give it a shot.
I've been searching through most of the Guilds I could find in this section, but I will write this and see if any Guild finds it interesting. Quick biography: (I will skip the personal information, but can be written to Guild Recruiter if asked)
- Been playing World of Warcraft since Vanilla, around 2006. I was about 11 years old and all I did was leveling/fooling around.
- The Release of TBC and me getting a bit older made me grow as a player. I started to grasp the gameplay, both in PvP and PvE. During TBC I had a bunch of 70s and on my main (Gnome Warrior) I raided up to Black Temple/Mount Hyjal (cleared after nerf though) but took a break when the Guild reached SWP.
- During WotLK I did not grow as a Raider in terms of progress, but I grew as a Raider in terms of being a Raid Leader, explaining tactics both short and in detail to my members. At this time I had 9x 80s that I constantly farmed Naxxramas with (I was stuck in the truly amazing world of Naxxramas) and I couldn't get enough.
With the amount of high-level classes, my understanding and experience with each and every class made both PvE and PvP easy for me. I knew "everything" and people asked me for advice.
- Cataclysm was the last expansion for me in retail. I found it boring PvE-wise, but PvP was something I spent half the expansion doing. I had a few 85's that I brought into both RBG's where I was a BG-Leader and also into Arenas. Sadly, WoW died personally for me here, as I felt that the community was tearing apart (Thank you Guild Perk mass-invite).
Since I quit retail, I have been playing on numerous of private servers, all from Vanilla to WotLK. I have been part of bigger Guilds and been both a Core Raider aswell as being Guild and Raid Leader. WotLK has been the expansion I have played the most, but my thirst for a Vanilla experience with all the social interactions, both with friends and enemies, is too big. ( Default UI is the way to go... ;) )
