Is it worth it to go Seal Fate for swords?

Hello everyone, I've been trying to connect to the pvp realm for over 2 hours now. I thought the server was offline so I hit up a friend who said it has been up for at least 6 hours. I enter my information, then connecting pops up and a short time after that (maybe 1min) it says disconnected. This is the first time I have had this issue. I haven't received an email stating anything regarding my account. I'm not really sure what to do at this point.
