I think it will have plenty of people rolling there without free X-fer -
Yeah seems like the character selection has a HUGE timeout timer. I guess people are taking advantage of it while they are at work, so they can jump straight back in once they get home. Needs to be changed a bit.

High XP Rate Vanilla Server

I doubt Elysium will ever have high XP rate servers, although I'm sure other servers have this on offer, just not here. -
