Hi guys! just a simple question: Does elemental weapons tier 1 increase 13% the base chance (so it goes 33%) of windfury or 13% chance going to 22,6%?

Yeah 2h axes/maces are a talent in enh tree requiring 10 pints in it. Can't dual wield. If using 2h weps use rockbitter on it and at lvl 30 WF. When u get flurry 2h weps go ahead of daggs + ft in my opinion

That shield has 90% drop from kresh, the other 10% is the actual viable shield. Don't think you are going the get that back. I have one i can send it to you :D -Grokgal PVE server
