Is there an addon that will automatically down rank your buffs so that you can cast on low level people without having to have every rank on your action bar?

Does prowling in cat form not have it's own action bar? I can't seem to figure out a way to get it. I use an action bar add on called zbar so I'm hoping it's not because of that.

I've only ever played a hunter as a low level twink back in the day and i don't remember if their are tamable cats that can stealth at lvl 19 or lower. I hear you get a prowl ability at like level 20 or something but that doesn't help in the 10-19 bracket BGS. Im going Night Elf for Shadowmeld and i wanna be able to hide and pick people off without them seeing my pet standing right beside me giving my location away. So does prowl come after lvl 19? Do stealthed pets exist before lvl 20 and if they do will they even stealth themselves or is it impossible without the prowl ability?

Is making a second account againts the rules? I was considering starting a mage on a 2nd account so I'm able to give all my other toons food and water once i level him up. Is this restricted or frowned apon?

Live in NC, have At&t uverse and having the same issues so i decided to use my Verizon phone as a mobile hotspot and it works out great for now. I usually have around 150- 300 ping but it's a lot better than what i was dealing with. Even when my At&t router would dip around 300 ping id still have ridiculous delays and i don't now on Verizon hotspot so if all else fails then might be worth a try for anyone that has a hotspot. Also i haven't even noticed my data budging from it so it can't be using much at all.

Maaan! I have been too and i have at&t uverse... It just started happening about 4 or 5 days ago and I've tried resetting my modem numerous times and even flushing the dns but nothing works so now i started using my Verizon phone as a hotspot and been staying between 190-350 latency so im managing ok but it still sucks. Thank god WoW doesn't use alot of data.

What is your best/favorite hearthstone location and why? Just curious because im trying to find the most convenient heart. I've always used brill because i can run down to UC or get on the zeppelin to Orgrimmar but maybe there is a better place?

Is Stormstrike worth getting as enhancement? I only played Shaman during WOTLK and it had like an 8 second cooldown and i hear vanilla has a 20 second cooldown.. Also does it proc windfury as well? I've seen a few people saying to pass on it and get Natures Swiftness for the insta heal and that seems useful so if Stormstrike isnt really worth it would digging into the resto tree be the best option? I plan on both PvE and PvPing so if their are any changes in build I'd need to make between the two then please give me your knowledge!

Well im only lvl 24 right now so im all in enhancement. When i hit 60 im probably going to find some cookie cutter build so im just trying to find info on Stormstrike to see if its worth it but if not probably go mostly enhancement tree with 21 into resto for NS

So I have a macro that looks like this /cast Judgement /cast Seal of Righteousness And it works fine but I just can't spam it without it constantly casting Seal of Righteousness when Judgement is on a cooldown and I want it to were it blocks the Seal from casting if it is already up. It also keeps me from being able to spam Judgement before I'm in range of the target were it will cast asap and I don't have to watch the macro icon so I know I'm in range and its annoying. The vanilla macro commands seem different then current commands and I'm not used to them. From what I've read it looks like it might be a /script command of some kind.

Ok so this is my first time ever playing on a WoW free server and I've always loved vanilla WoW the best so im very excited but i have a few questions about the Elysium and Nostalrius teams and the servers. 1. I heard Blizzard is shutting down Nostalrius or has already (no idea) so are the Nostalrius servers that i just created my new character on going to completely shut down or will it still be there? 2. Im looking forward to playing on the fresh Elysium pvp server on January 7th so should i bother making a character right now on the Nostalrius pvp server? I know it can be transferred but is it worth the hassle? 3. Are Elysium and Nostalrius joining each other to make one team? Or will they stay separate? 4. Is the whole purpose for the Elysium server because blizzard is shutting down Nostalrius? Thank you to anyone that can help answer these questions.
