I have in game rep bug which prevents me doing booty bay quests or access any vendors there, opened in game ticket 2.5 days ago, still got no response from GM, is there any other way to reach him?

Looks like there is bug with BB rep today, instead of gaining rep with them by turning qs you get decreased rep with BB, unfriendly with them already, cant do any foward quests or talk with any npcs in there, hope it will get fixed soon.
