    Do you accept leveling characters? I am new to Nostalrius and don't think I want to wait for the Fresh start server, nor engage in the torment of competing wit hthe bloat of leveling people on there when it launches. Am I welcome? I am 31, Male and live in Perth in WA, born in Auckland NZ.
