I found the account name and email, but it just says token couldnt be generated now, am I locked out or something ?

So if I have the email and password im out of luck without the account name

I am trying to retrieve an old nost account, but I dont remember the account name. Is there anyway to get it back using the email I provided at the time ? I had no problem retrieving my other account, but every username I try with this email doesnt seem to work.
