I did, and I received mail this morning from support basically explaining the situation as you did and offering no help or rectification.

Hey everyone, I decided today to restore my old character from Darrowshire, since I got the email last week I think. I logged on successfully and I see my character, but he is listed at only level 50. It's been a while since I've played him (I stopped shortly before Nost died), but I'm pretty sure I got him to 60 before I stopped. I was definitely higher than 50 since I was running Dire Maul, so I was at least level 58. Is there any way to rectify this situation and restore my character to his former level?

Trying to start the "Stranglethorn Fever" quest in STV on Darrowshire. Can't talk to Witch Doctor Unbagwa to start the encounter. I have the 10 gorilla fangs I've read I need to have.

The issue has resolved randomly after about 40 minutes.

He is level 1 but I'm level 26. I've been trying for more than 60 seconds unfortunately.

Earlier, I tried whispering my friend who just started a level 1 priest and I couldn't get my message through. After the first one, I can't send a message on any channel (general, say, yell, party, etc.) Before I sent that whisper I was talking on many channels. Any idea?
