    Is Seal of Command also supposed to be block/dodge/parry as well at times? I thought it was supposed to be treated as a spell unless I was told wrong.

    Why is this still a thing here? It seems to happen every now and then but nothing says lame when you see 600+ damage being resisted and only hitting for 200. As seen below
