I have tried deleting my WDB folder and WTF folder. Pain in the butt redoing the settings on the addons >.> after doing that the dungeon was still choppy.
I turned down all settings to low which was my first thought during the dungeon and it did not have any effect.
I went through today and everything has been checked for updates (nothing was out of date)
As for addons, its pretty sad but during lower level dungeons I havent been running BigWigs, dmg meters, threat, etc. Only addons I use are Luna, questie, pfquest, and Yaht but all of those run in the open world as well.
I went through the "helpful troubleshooting tips" post and added a custom refresh rate of 64 Hz and changed my WDB to 64 Hz. I will be attempting to do a dungeon to check and see if that had any effect on it.
