I know you are supposed to use the bug tracker for quests that are buggy, but this is quite significant in my opinion.
The quest "Stormwind Rendezvous" is currently buggy on the PVE-server. Squire Rowe is stuck in the water underneath the stormwind bridge and you can't talk to him at all to start the event with Marshal Windsor.
Windsor stands in front of Stormwind Keep but doesn't do anything when you talk to him.
This should be fixed with high priority as it prevents people from finishing the Onyxia pre-quest and thus being able to raid Onyxia!
