On a community level it is given that it is correct, I can't understand why you don't get this. We can't offer you proof because no one can validate this (because it is just a given) however you believe it doesn't exist. Or is it just because you are of the opinion that your monetary gain is the same as someones gear gain. This game is essentially about wearing gear and not actually about stacking up tonnes of gold. A gear gain should always be regarded above a gold gain. You need to forget about the fact that the ah sale will then turn to gold which COULD buy an item for yourself, you are looking too far ahead - the item needs to be looked at in the present. If you think like this, we could look at everything for the future and everything should be available to anyone and there is no need requirement for anyone at all. Everyone should just need everything BoP or BoE by your stance, because even if I can vendor something for gold, it is still a gold need, just because it is lower than an AH price or the need of the wearer. I have already seen your defence on this topic though and you say that because the vendor rates are much lower so it isn't fair, all need should be regarded as equal, otherwise we will next be looking at calling people out because they have needed something which they don't need as much as another party member.

There is literally 4 people who have read this that agree and argue with Beer, yet everyone else disagrees... Maybe the people agreeing with Beer should take some time, think about the actions and maybe just start to think like 95+% of the population, that they are wrong! Someone stated it earlier which is what the majority of people playing servers believe are the generally "rules" and "best practice" - NEED - It is a direct item upgrade for the character and will be worn GREED - It is not going to be worn and is a monetary (gold) gain I understand your argument, that you believe everyone has the right to the gold gained from the BoE items, however that isn't what the majority of players believe is the way to play the game, this is why it is branded as ninja'ing. You have differing opinions, but yours happens to be the minority.

I hope something you need is taken by a toon that can't even wear it... Then you will understand. But no doubt you will deny being remotely bothered by something like this if it happened to you... Personally if I was Elysium and not ZK I would 100% have him on a blacklist and make sure any guild I was in was aware, communities don't need shit like this

EU prime time is busy enough! 4k plus and its busier on weekends, that is plenty, there are groups everywhere doing everything... If that isn't classed as active, I don't know is!! I remember having to whisper every warrior in a level range to get a tank back in vanilla, this certainly isn't the case, so I don't believe your experience will ever suffer - just people are so use to having everyone and everything available to them they expect it still now and so having thousands of people around them 'is the norm'

I have completely forgotten how training points work and the likes, but I tamed my level 7 moonsaber (no claw, dash etc) now he is 17 and still hasn't learnt anything. I know this is probably simple and possibly I just need to let go of my original pet and tame a new one at a higher original level? Or is it possible (and how) to learn the skills and use the training points that my pet currently has, as he has all these points and nothing to spend them on! TIA

The only time you'll possibly instance grind is SM - just get a group and enjoy a fun-filled night! Otherwise grab your loot and get the hell out of there...

Zeth currently is a good pop, Elysium is a very high pop! You can get groups on Zeth and it's enjoyable, just depends on what YOU want! Who knows what will happen with the servers currently and what is going on, it's all a lot of heresay, but it doesn't look great for any server really (as far as I am aware, the problems have all been on Anathema - PvP?)

Why is this still a topic, there is a server with 3k off peak and 6k peak! Yet people still moan about queue / 12k pop on elysium - why can't they open their eyes at realm list!! Absolutely baffles me, that a week later this is still going on!

Currently playing on Zeth and 5pm GMT (after work) it's between 5-6k, perfect population at the moment I think - no issues with grouping for dungeons and not too many to be able to quest. But yeah the timeline is at the very start, but gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want without a mad rush!

Stay on Elysium for all anyone currently on Zeth cares, we get a queue free server with a decent population

Yeah I noticed the queue's taking a LOT longer last day or so... There must be an issue somewhere when every inn has 50 to 100 in it, all with AFK next to their name tag

8k and moving or....?

The last 2 evenings, (European times) have resulted in a few d/c's and lots of logging in issues - as far as I'm aware for all, not just me, from twitter responses and general chat once logged back in. Does anyone know why this is? Is it due to increased traffic from EU peak times? Why do all the patching / maintenance seem to take place during EU peak hours?

I seem to be one of the fortunate one's that has never been on the end of one of these horrendous queues so cannot comment, I know my mate got caught in a 6 hour one, after trying to get on 1 hour after me though! Be interesting to see how it affects me today though as I've had to take part in real life!!

Guessing it fixed the 4k people sat in character selection, so even if there is a queue, at least it moves now!!

I plan on rolling on the fresh server, will be playing directly with a warlock, however I've read that Wand damage talents and holy damage talents are the way froward for leveling, but I want to be good at world pvp certainly around 30 (vamparic embrace) and coming to stv, to be able to handle myself! would it be best just to stick to shadow talents? Will I still be fine for healing dungeons as shadow spec up to around 50/55? TIA
