Hey, thank you for the clarification. Only "proof" I have of me having done the quest "In dreams" which gives you "fordrings seal" is of a screenshot from my char on realmplayers (before the account compromise). I'm not sure but shouldn't GM's be able to somehow see if a quest is done for a certain character? That's the only item atm that I can think of that I could actually (by your terms of use) be able to get back, and I guess I'll just have to settle with that. Thank you in advance

Yes in a way. Sorry if it's just me nog getting it. But does this mean then that quest items aswell do not get recovered as I was told on discord that they can be recovered (which also is what terms of use say)

"Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them." this is from their terms of use :) ALSO, he only says they do not recover lost accounts or deleted characters. I still have access to both the char and account. Got 2FA working now and have changed the password. This post was never about a account or char being lost. Was this not clear enough from the original post? Never did I get a confirmed answer on gear and specifically quest items that was lost... 1. Yes I have used the same password before, not the same account name and password combo though 2. Wouldn't call it weak, had numbers and was long etc 3. Not from this site, other sites that I am quite sure are reliable though

So is anyone from the team reading this? Would be nice to get some "clarification" I understand that if the policy is that you don't get back anything, which is a shame, but it is what it is I guess. How about the quest items? I am missing Fordring's Seal fro example. Does the team read this?

Somehow this feels strange aswell as I noticed some items for some reason has been left untouched, the gear I was equipped with is still there (would have been a few gold to sell that aswell) some of my mats are still left and the interesting part is what my MoneyFU addon shows, take a look at it http://imgur.com/a/svt5K look at the "This Session" and "Today" they both show that no gold has been gained or lost for yesterday it only shows a 14g loss and the whole week shows that I should be with 56 g in other words, how can the gold be missing if it doesnt show the gained/spent ? Also for some reason some enchanting mats and other stuff has been left alone aswell http://imgur.com/a/zaoC2 take a look at it. Is it possible there has been some kind of "mistake" or something that has caused this? Is it something you could look into?

Hello, as the title says today (just a moment ago) when I logged on to my character I noticed it had been compromised. I've lost 207g I think it was. All my travelers backpack, all my pre bis healing gear (have proof from realmplayers) all my enchanting mats which was quite alot. I have almost nothing to my name anymore. I am so devastated and saddened about this, and I hope there is a way you can "revert" this and help me, I've spent so much time gearing this character and everything. I don't have the 2factor authentication because I tried to set it up but I couldnt get it to sync / work. I know in a way it's my own fault but if it didn't work, what can I do about it? I changed the password now, and gonna try and get the authenticator working again. Is there please anything you can do to help me?
