    Banned - Kanx sent me here.

    I will start by posting my Ban Appeal first that i already got a response on : Account Name: ------ PVP/PVE Realm: Nostalrius PvE E-Mail Associated With Account: ------ Highest Level Character Name: ------ Ban Reason/Notes: By account got hacked and i managed to change the password, but after that its been banned (probably due to hacker trying to sell gold from it). I've been told to use the Reset password function and it would remove my ban, but when i try to do so, i get this message "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recover." And when i try to use the "Reset my Nostalrius account" function i get this message "There is no transferred account with this email." Even tho i can easily CHANGE the password by using my mail. I got response from Jakira : It appears you, or someone else, has tried to recover the account. Please follow these instructions to unban yourself: 1. Fill in account recovery form correctly 2. Follow reset instructions sent to you via email 3. Reset password After you've reset your password, it should be automatically unbanned. This is implemented as a security measure to protect your account. Also, it appears that you are using the wrong email linked to those characters if you get the message "There is no transferred account with this email." You must have another email somewhere, where they are linked. If this does not correct your issue, please reopen a ban appeal. Regards, Jakira. I tried to ask in Discord Help and Support and Kanx told me to PM him there and this is my conversation from there (minus the linked stuff i alrdy sent here): Kanx-I dag kl. 17:37 All you need to do is change the password Holk-I dag kl. 17:38 I have done that tho, it keeps me banned But its very strange, cus when i try to reset it. I typed in my Account and Email and it says "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recover." But when i go to the Nostalrius account recover and try with the same mail, it says "There is no transferred account with this email." Kanx-I dag kl. 17:39 You need to post on help n supp with everything you just told me, also put it on contact an admin this is way over my head if its not working. - I get told that im using the WRONG email, but when i try to reset my password by typing in my Account name and pick a diffrent email i instantly get message that those 2 doesnt match eachother, but with the corrent one i get the "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recover." message. so it have to be the corrent email. Also i have emails like this in my Email inbox (out dated tho so the link doesnt work anymore) "Hello 'Username' A request to reset your account password has been made. If you did not make this request, simply ignore this email. If you did make this request, just click the link below:" Perhaps its possible to cancel the "This account is under the process of Nostalrius account recover." part so i can try and reset my password again?
