So tell me, "expert", why this issue has not happened before? All games run on high/ultra with over 60 FPS. And as you said: "Of course this issue has happened before but you were not paying attention and/or you hadn't been in a very crowded area." This is bs, kiddo, I think I would notice if my FPS goes down to ваууing 20. Worst possible outcome is that the problem is in HDD.
