I can log on to my account and it says I have 7 characters yet i cant see any of them and when I go on the realm. Also when i try to recover my characters it says im using the wrong information which i know is not true, why does my information work for the actual game and not this website? I can log into my account but recovering characters does not work.... Elysium get your shite together mate

thank you for bringining me up to speed, im curious what is lights hope? and did everyone on elysium get there characters deleted?

I have created 2 accounts with seperate emails because when I try to login it says i have wrong information, I have done EVERYTHING I needed to do to be able to play, triple checked everything and still says I have the wrong information, WTF?
