I'd be happy to donate something but I would welcome more transparency in that regard. After the donation is completed, Elysium should provide a complete list with all donations and how it is being used. That way the community can check for itself if all donations are listed and sum up properly. This would give the Elysium project more credibility and deniability in case of further accusations.

The spawn rates in vanilla were designed for about 2k players, not 10k. So it's a valid point to discuss, also respawn rate of named mobs is a hassle in most areas.

If its their own code, they do not have to answer to anything Nost is saying anymore. My guess is the Elysium team already anticipated that something like this might happen, thus co-developed their own core further just in case.

As soon as they take anything but donations (like subs) for their servers they give Blizzard legitimate a reason to pursue them.

If I create a second chat window and pull it out it disappears suddenly after some time. Does anybody else have this problem or knows a solution?

I started planning ahead when I wanted to play and try to figure out how long before I have to login depending on day and time. For that matter, I set up VPN and Wake-On-LAN to queue from work/on the go so I can play after returning home ;)

Crossrealm world is a fix for low server populations and empty zones, things which Elysium does not really suffer from. Also, Crossrealm worlds are not that great for the realm communities in general.

Probably not a great idea to put servers within the legal reach of Blizzard.

Is it really a large population switching, or (also) many new players starting? Since I didn't play Nost, I awaited the start of a new realm. I guess many others did too.
